Office Space Open for Sharing

The Philippine Partnership for the Development of Human Resources in Rural Areas (PhilDHRRA) will be renovating one of its buildings and will be offering eight (8) units of office space ready for occupancy on the first quarter of 2013.

Location: The office building is located at 59 C. Salvador St. Varsity Hills Subdivision, Loyola Heights, Quezon City, directly across Ateneo de Manila University and near Katipunan business centers.

Facilities: Eight (8) units of office spaces approximately 26 sq m each that can accommodate up to 6 desks. Access to telecommunications and internet connection has to be arranged by the occupying party but wirings and cables will be in place.

Share in Maintenance and Security: Share ranges from Php12,000.00 to Php15,000.00 per month inclusive of service charges and utilities.
